Kalyan’s commitment to community impact was on full display as three of its Primrose Schools teamed up to host the “Primrose Sneaker Ball,” a family-friendly evening of fun, dancing, and philanthropy. The event raised an incredible $9,000 in support of the Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU, helping to fund vital pediatric care and services for local children and families.
Held this spring by Primrose School of Waterford at Midlothian, Primrose School at Ironbridge, and Primrose School at Swift Creek, the Sneaker Ball invited students, parents, and team members to dress up in formalwear—paired with their favorite sneakers—for a night that combined style with purpose. Guests enjoyed music, refreshments, photo opportunities, and plenty of dancing, all while supporting an essential cause.
“We’re so proud of our Primrose families, staff, and community for coming together to make this event such a success,” said Elizabeth Weddle, Director of Primrose Schools at Kalyan.
“Supporting the Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU aligns with our core values of giving without expecting and fostering a spirit of compassion in our students,” adds Dylan Patel, Director of Development and Primrose Co-Head at Kalyan.
